How to give us access to clean your site

To remove a real infection we need to get into your hosting for a moment. It's easier than it looks: just follow the steps for your panel. If you get stuck, email us and we'll do it together.

Peace of mind first

  • You create a temporary access just for us. You don't give us your personal password.
  • When we're done, you delete it in 2 clicks (we show you how).
  • We take a backup before we touch anything. Everything is reversible.
  • We sign an authorization and a GDPR agreement. We're a GDPR-compliant EU company.

Log in to your cPanel

It's usually at yourdomain.com/cpanel, or your host emailed it to you. If you can't find it, tell us your host and we'll track it down.

Look for "FTP Accounts"

In the cPanel search box type FTP and open FTP Accounts.

Create an account for us

Username: nudayosh · Password: click "Generate". Under "Directory" leave the site's folder (usually public_html). Click Create FTP Account.

Copy us the details

Click "Configure FTP Client" and note down: Server, Username, Password and Port. Send them via the secure link below.

Log in to Plesk

Usually at yourdomain.com:8443. Your host gave it to you when you signed up.

Go to "FTP Access" or "FTP Accounts"

In your domain's menu → Websites & Domains → FTP Access.

Add a new account

Name: nudayosh · generated password · site's root folder. Save.

(Optional) SSH access

If your plan allows it, enable it under SSH Access: the cleanup is faster and more thorough. If not, FTP/SFTP works fine for us.

Find your host's email

When you signed up, they sent you your FTP/SFTP details. Search your inbox for "FTP", "SFTP" or "login details".

We need these 4 details

Server/Host (e.g. ftp.yourdomain.com) · Username · Password · Port (21 FTP / 22 SFTP).

Cover or delete anything you don't want to share.

Can't find them?

Tell us your host's name (IONOS, OVH, Hostinger, SiteGround…) and we'll tell you exactly where they are.

If your site is WordPress, it's even easier

No need to give us FTP: install our free plugin, paste in your license key and we connect on our own. The plugin quarantines the malware instantly and we review the rest.

Install the plugin

In your WordPress → Plugins → Add New → upload the Nudayosh plugin → Activate.

Paste your key

Format NU-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You get it when you order the cleanup.

Done

From the plugin, click "Open my panel" to see the status in your Nudayosh dashboard.

Never send us passwords over WhatsApp or regular email. Use the secure link below. And create a new access for us instead of giving us your everyday one.

How to send it to us securely

Email us at info@nudayosh.com and we'll send back an encrypted one-time link where you paste the details. We can also do a video call and guide you live.
